REGARDING ONLINE SHOPPING ORDERS
We can not process online orders until further notice
We use New Zealand Couriers overnight service unless you are rural, in which case we use New Zealand Post.
Please allow approx. 6 days internationally. If your actual shipping cost is less than we have charged you we will put a refund back through to you via paypal for over payment of shipping. We are now using International Courier as it is faster and tracked and traced with signature required at your end.
If you purchase an item which is the wrong size or colour we will happily exchange it for you in the correct size upon return of the original items with their original packaging in an as purchased condition within 30 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. This allows you to try on our garment to determine sizing is correct.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods or offer a full refund if they are returned to our shop within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 30 days returns or refunds will not be accepted.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
